Since 2007, the project has been financed by the cooperating universities themselves. The project is coordinated by the office of the Central Equal Opportunities Officer at Hannover University of Applied Sciences and Arts.<\/p>\n\t<h2>Which cooperating universities are part of the PROfessur project?<\/h2>\n\tLet's take a look at the graduates in 2021: 52.9% of the<br \/>\nGraduates were female.\nincluding doctorate: 45.9%<br \/>\nHabilitation: 33.9%<br \/>\nFull-time female This is the so-called leaky pipeline. To change this, the PROfessur project supports women starting out in a professorship.
